Study and design

After definition and validation by the customer of the part to be injected, we make a pilot study followed by a detailed commercial proposal taking again technology selected and the design features of the mould.

As soon as we have the customer agreement, we implement the study and the design of the mould on our 2D/3D means :

Data exchanges interface: IGES, DXF/DWG, VDA, JAMA, STL, PARASOLID (XMT), ACIS, STEP, CATIA, ProE , SOLIDEDGE, SOLIDWORKS, ASCII...

According to case's, a rheological study can be necessary in order to validate certain technical parameters, of course, that is discussed before with the customer.
